I have an idea!

Jazz! I wanted to talk to you about something.

We need to somehow gather information on the other side, and I was thinking of good ways to go about that. I was wondering if your structure constitutes some form of nano-technology in its makeup. Does it?

And if it does, do you think there could be some way to modify that technology to create nano-bots that could gather information? Do you see where I'm going with this?

Well, my holo-emitter uses what you might call nano-technology. It's needed to give the liquid mix the needed grip for tactile sensations.

But I'm not sure if it's possible to modify that stuff, as it has the same make-up as my spark. And a spark cannot be modified without killing us.

I could easily create an avatar to spy on the other side. I wasn't special ops for nothing.

	So spark=soul, or something like that, yes? So what you are saying is that to even change a small part of how you work will kill the spark? I have no idea about the nature of such things, but I would like to know. What do you mean by avatar? A projection of some kind? Yes, to a certain degree a spark is the same as a soul. It holds our personality and is what gives us life. Some people call it also laser core; probably because of the high energy readings it emits.

And yes, tinkering with a spark is very dangerous. Why did you think my kind is so heavily armoured? It's only to protect our sparks.

Yep, an avatar is a holo-projection. Hard light I think Gene Roddenberry called it.

I had one of the highest success rates ever. So high that the Prime made me First Lieutenant.

Sure, the size is no problem to change. The holo wouldn't be a good disguise for an organic environment if I couldn't do that. Most of the time we use them for 'drivers'. It looks so strange when a vehicle is driving itself.

If my energy reserves are high enough I can uphold a holo for a long time. I think three vorns continuous use was the longest time tested. The holo needs to be within sensor range, but that as well is I think far enough for what you have in mind.

The only problem is now where to find good energon. I'd really need to refuel if I'm going to play holo-spy.

Energon can be two things. One is the 'blood' of my kind. If you ever see me leaking pale blue liquid, be sure that a medic is near. On the other hand is energon also what we define food as. It can be converted from near to anything, though petrol or uran are the easiest to convert. But as I didn't see a converter in my garage, I have a feeling that I'll have to do with unrefined 'food'.

If it weren't for the unwanted results, I'd say plug me into an electirc cable.

	I honestly don't know. I've never before tried to refuel with unconverted energy. It was never necessary. The only thing I know for sure is to keep away from electricity because it tingles. I think you would define that as high as a kite. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
